I am needing approximately several answers in regards to Flower sending traditions for each religion-culture?

In many Christian religions, including the orthodox churches and religions other than Christianity, the use of flowers has a long tradition. Flowers are a uniquely beautiful gift of nature, and on many occasions we offer them back to God or any other deity as a symbol of gratitude. In Catholicism, flowers are used for practically every occasion eg. during the Mass, weddings, funerals etc. In this instance, the colour of the flowers is of significance eg. white flowers (a symbol of purity) are used for many occasions especially celebrations honouring the Virgin Mary, whereas red flowers are used for days honouring martyrs - red being the colour of blood. Purple or violet may be used on occasions of more sombre significance eg. funerals. In non-Christian religions, the use of flowers may be restricted to certain occasions eg. In Islam, flowers are most commonly seen at weddings but not general Islamic services especially funerals. This is mainly because funerals, unlike weddings, are not joyful occasions and a certain amount of haste is involved in interring the body within 24 hours.Buddhists recognize flowers as things of beautyespecially the lotus which is considered a symbol of knowledge and enlightenment. The lotus often grows from the depths of muddy or stagnant bodies of water which is symbolic of the enlightenment of the Lord Buddha growing in the darkness of the human mind. The ancient Egyptians also used the lotus in their rituals but mainly because of the hallucinogenic properties of the flower. In Judaism the use of flowers is somewht restricted. The placement of flowers is often restricted to the foyer or entrance of the synagogue. Gifts of fruit or other foods are more acceptable at funerals. The multitude of spiritual belief systems of India use flowers as offerings to deities and holy men and women still living. Krishna is quoted as saying: "If one offers me with love and devotion, a leaf, a flower, fruit or water, I will accept it." .

Why don't Jewish funerals allow flowers and music?
