It all depends on your grading system. But for fourth grade I would assume you would need to know at least C and G. All the other scales, I'm not sure. Some may be required to play arpeggios as well.
Any key up to 3 sharps or flats.
C Major,
F Major,
Bb Major,
Eb Major.

Usually 2, but sometimes 1.
The highest grade on the flute is grade 8 (this is teaching grade)

In a band or woodwind ensemble, flute 1 and flute 2 are simply parts you play. Typically flute one will have more parts, or higher notes. Flute 2 will have less parts, or lower notes. THey have these so there's some harmony in the piece you are playing.
As far as I know, if you are good enough at flute, and obviously have grade 8 flute, and perhaps diploma, it doesn't matter what other qualifications you have, to get into the royal northern college of music, you only need about 2 E's at A level, as long as you are amazing at your instrument. To become good at flute, you'll need a very good teacher, a lot of time to practice, and determination!
it depends on ur grade, u can get a book of scales for flute look 4 ameb flute scales it blue it'll REALLY help

Up to 2 sharps or flats.
For grade IV flute music (and grade IV music in general), the common keys are those from one sharp to six flats. That would equal the keys G, C, F, Bb, Eb, Ab, Db, and Gb. However, since you placed this in a college category, it would be a good idea to learn the remaining scales as well. College music programs are bound to incorporate more challenging music. It would certainly help.
practice your scales alot
She started playing the flute when she was in fourth grade.

Most often, that's a B+ but grade scales vary.
Leonard Smith has written: 'The Crucible\\' 'Lunatic Hospitals in Georgian England, 1750-1830' 'Treasury of Scales Flute' 'Treasury of Scales for String Bass (Treasury of Scales for Band and Orchestra)' 'Religion and the Rise of Labour' 'The \\' 'Treasury of Scales for Cello (Treasury of Scales for Band and Orchestra)' '\\'
On most scales, that would be a B-.
