The main subjects that you have to take when you become a pilot are English, Math and Physics.
English lets you improve your communication skills especially when you talk to the control tower and to your passengers.
With math, they would assign you to calculate the amount of fuel to fly from a country to country and calculate the total weight of the passenger's baggage so that the plane won't be over weight.
Physics, you will be measuring angles for climbing, descending, and turning and also your acceleration. Finally, it helps you calculate the altitude of how high you are flying and your distance to the airport.
And some course if you want

Grade 12 student who is starting to learn about aviation and want to become a pilot in the future
Physics, Maths, English (Language or Literature), Geography, Technology (like DT at school), ICT, Business studies.
You will find Maths AS extremely hard with only a C at JCS. I would go for Physics, English and Geography. The Physics will give you the necessary maths while the others will give you some of the other qualities you will need to fly.
Physics, Geography and English as your A2's and Maths as your AS (You usually drop one of the 4 original subjects you take after AS) will do you well.
ya people to be a pilot takes time to train, u need life sciences , maths/maths literacy and at leat know 2 languages
Physics is always good since you have to fly, also Calculus for more of an Aviation job. you should also try taking some lessons to get a head start, try and find a pilot school near you.
Math, Physics, Geography, and aviation. You can go to colleges where you actually take aviation. That is probably your best bet if you are going to go the school route.
It's a good idea if you pass math, physics and chemistry
you need to know a lot of science. especially newtons laws of gravity. learn about the forces, gravity, and motion. that might help you become a pilot
