Yea, the rating really helps give you a perspective. I mean it's definitely not a pornography, but it's more than suggestive.
When your character has sex in the game, the screen goes dark and your partner reacts to the...stimulation. It ends quickly.
The sexual content within the game is optional; do not let that keep you from buying the game. Even though I think the game is TERRIBLE compared to Fable and Fable II. It was a huge step backwards for Lion's Head, in my opinion.
you can get drunk, have sex, and use condoms. thats all

∙ 12y agoNo, but it is not a required part of the game. There are some quests that require sexual interaction in order to have children and such, but they are optional.

I personally think you sould buy Fable 2. Not Fable 3, because in Fable 3, when you turn evil; your weapon changes. But in Fable 2, you grow horns; or if you're good, you grow a halo. :)
