Caramel skin is great to work with. You should try a goldish or beige color. It should be close to your skin color but not too close to it that it blends in. Most make-up brands have a color called "nude" - I think that would be the best for caramel skin.
Ok well it depends on how tanned you really are, if you are lightly tanned lighter plum colours are best recommened. If you are of a darker skin colour pinks and light reds will dazzle all the boys... Or girlz joking! Hope it helpss

The best nail polish for tanned skin would be any light color, for example a light aqua color or a pale purple because it brings out your tan.
The NARS Orgasm nail polish is amazing with tanned skin. You can buy it from Fresh Fragrances & Cosmetics.
It sounds tacky but try a white nail polish with tanned skin. White really shows off the tan and, if it is painted nicely, it looks glamorous. Also a navy blue can look amazing with tanned skin. Try Barry M's Navy.
Anything would look great. Someone who is very tan could use a dark color. It always looks great.
Sinful Colors in Aqua, Silver, metallic colors, bright colors, if you are over the pastel phase!

Quite simply, pinks do the trick. Like medium pink.
The best place for advice on Mac is by going to a Mac store. The consultants there know the colors that work best with your skin tone. While you're there you can try the colors to be sure you like them on you, before buying them.
I may not be a fashion guru, but try teal eyeshadow and lipstick with blush the color of your skin tone.
sample colour for dark tone
Bright red. (Think fire-engine red). Also, I wouldn't say not to an orangey-red tone or a coral tone (and these look ah-mazing on most skin colors as well! Double-win!)
depends on your skin tone and what mascara, eyeshadow, foundation and other makeup you are waering
I t depends on which skin tone
If you have very fair or pale skin color, a bright pink lipstick won't work well as it will overpower the person. But if the person has a light or medium (warm tone) for their skin color, then the bright pink lipstick will help enhance the skin colors in that persons face. Someone with olive or dark complexions should go for darker pinks or purples, but stay away from the lighter pink (bright) shades so it doesn't bring out the yellow hues in the face.
any is fine
White and Brown.
There are 14588 Probably a couple thousand...most companies sell thirty to fifty different shades.
YES! it depends on your skin tone! :P
