You should use super thin towels during menstruation that have good fluid absorption quality and at the same do not restrict movement.
This is fine. Some exercise and fresh air is often good for you during your period (and at any other time!)
this is a very good question you should search it up =D
This really depends on how heavy your flow is in your cycle. If you are comfortable wearing the same sanitary pad for five hours, there is no downside. It is, however, best to keep changing as per your body's requirements. During heavy flow days, or if your periods are generally very heavy in flow, you may require heavy duty napkins with extra absorption to be able to keep them on for five hours or more a day.

It is common to have blood clots in the menstrual flow, especially during heavy periods. These clots are a mixture of blood and tissue shedding from the lining of the uterus. However, if you experience very large or frequent blood clots or have concerns about your menstrual flow, it's a good idea to consult a healthcare provider.
No of course not. Menopause is when your periods stop for good. If you thought you should be pregnant then maybe all the sperm died before it came to the egg.

For me it is. But if you continue to have heavy periods and if you did not have heavy periods before you started your pill then you should see your OBGYN. Good luck and God Bless:)
Well first of all you should take a test! Some women do experience periods during pregnancy. Women have gone up to seven months of pregnancy before finding out! Second of al, if you are not pregnant..contact your doctor right away. It is probably not a good sign unless you are on a birth control that only gives you just a couple periods a year.
It shouldn't be compulsary EVERY day - however - regular periods of sporingexercise is good for the body.
