Don't worry about your weight or what you're eating.

Just eat what you like for now. Don't feel self-conscious about your image or anything, because you haven't finished growing, and the majority of people go through the whole 'puppy fat' stage.

Eat what you want, maybe try to stick to mealtimes, and just have what your mum, or whoever cooks for you, makes for you.

When i was 12 i never worried about what i was eating, i just had what i wanted, and i turned out fine. So don't worry about it.
