Under 4 degrees or over 60 degrees. The danger zone for food is in between the temperatures. Never let any food sit in that zone for langer than four hours. After the four hour mark food begins to spoil and should not be eaten.

Bellow 40 degrees anything over that temperature bacteria will begin to grow and multiply and spoil the meat. The danger zone for all foods is 40 to 60. It is only safe in that range for a maximum of four hours.

Well depends on the meat if is Chicken the it should be 165F fully cook.

If is Pork Same 165F Fully cook.

But hit Beef Fully cook is 155F Whit it little bit of juice to it,

145F is Medium cook, Medium rear is 135F.
