The following ADHD mind training techniques will help you to study:
Time chunking is where you break tasks into small and manageable chunks so that you do not become overwhelmed.
Meditation is where you sit with yourself for short periods of time in quiet or with soft music playing to train your brain patience and relaxation.
Pomodoro technique is where you work intensely for 25 minutes, then take a 5-minute break.
Become self-aware of your ADHD so that you know your own quirks and setbacks. You can find ways to solve your procrastination problems if you know yourself better.
Control your study environment. Make sure that you make a distraction-free zone where you can study with minimal disruptions. If there are other people around you bothering you, or if you allow your notifications to bother you on your devices, you won't get anything done.
Exercise with oxygenate your brain so that it works better. Also, exercising daily for even a few minutes gives you the discipline needed to do other things to get past your ADHD.
Watch what you eat. People have worsening ADHD symptoms when they eat junk food and sugar all day. Your brain needs different minerals and vitamins to do biological things with your cells. Feed your body good things and your brain cells will repay you in energy and productivity.
Sleep on a standard schedule. Go to bed early so that you can wake up early. This will start your day off right rather than being late for everything.
Have an accountability buddy so that they can remind you of your goals and your progress toward those goals.
Give yourself a reward system. Reward yourself with treats or rewards when you accomplish your short-term and long-term goals.
Seek coaching and therapy to help you with your ADHD symptoms.
