∙ 12y agoWell coming from a girl most guys try and act like it doesnt bother them and go on with there life. But if you arnt that way you should try and keep a good or non tense relationship with her. You should try and do stuff that you like and not sit there and sob because that is a sign of weakness. Which is not good for you mentally and physically. You should stop thinking about negatives and think about positives.

Stay busy doing things you like to do. If you don't feel like doing any of those things right now it's okay for a short period of time. Think about the relationship and what caused the breakup. If the breakup was caused by something you did, learn from it and keep moving forward with your life. If not, think about finding someone who appreciates you for who you are. Get busy with hobbies, sports, friends, etc. and stay as busy as you can. Being "dumped" by someone never feels good but it will pass - it takes some time. Who knows, things may work out between you sometime in the future but I wouldn't count on that happening. You just never know what will happen in the future so just live your life, do things you enjoy, get out and get around other people, meet some new people. It's okay to feel bad at first but don't let it keep you down. No one is worth that.
