Something high in nutrients. Beets are overlooked, but they are one of the greatest things for your body. Also sunflower seeds, beans/legumes, and sort of dark leafy greens. Whole wheat is good. You should eat whole grain pasta rather than rice because it is a complex carb. Stay away from processed foods and animal products, but you will need a lot of protein, almond and beans are good. Tahini is a great source of protein and so is tempeh.
