That rear wiper blade is only available at the dealer (there are no aftermarkets available). So, when you go to purchase the wiper blade, ask them for replacement instructions.

You'll be able to find passenger side aftermarket, however if you want a driver's side (and a matching set), you'll have to go to a GM dealer because its a special wiper blade.

To replace the rear wiper blade on a Chrysler Pacifica, you must first remove the old blade. You can remove it by pushing the small blade that holds the wiper in place up, and push the blade back. Once the blade is free from the hook remove it. Put the new blade in position so the hook is in position to go over the wiper attachment. Clip it into position and you are done.
The 2001-2006 Acura MDX's have a proprietary rear wiper and you must either go to the dealer for a replacement wiper blade or you can buy aftermarket "refill inserts" which is just the rubber blade rather than the entire wiper blade and frame.
