Cumilonimbus clouds do not form in tornadoes; tornadoes formin in cumulonimbus clouds. A cumulonimbus cloud forms when a warm, moist pocket of air rises and the moisture in it condenses, releasing heat that keeps the air rising. This is what drives any thunderstorm.
