There is no such thing as a teacup or toy Schnauzer!! This is just breeders trying to get more money for breeding runts to runts. This increses health problems in the puppies and decreases life span. You should never breed a runt to a runt.

The word "Teacup" has been used for years to merely describe the size of a puppy. Meaning it is very small and will probably be under the standard size which is 4 to 7 pounds for the toy group. Generally "Teacup" puppies are 2 to 4 pounds.

This is not true. I am not a breeder. Your information is incorrect. How do you think Standard and mini schnauzer started. Breeding the giant schnauzer until a smaller schnauzer was breed and this became the standard schnauzer. Then they breed the standard schnauzer until a smaller size schnauzer was breed and this became mini schnauzer. Some breeders are breeding smaller schnauzers called toy and teacups and they do exist with high price tags.

A teacup Maltese is a smaller Maltese. The term "teacup" is a marketing tool referring to really small, and often unhealthy, dogs. No responsible breeder will breed or even sell a very small or unhealthy puppy.
