well i just made a cage with an outdoor wire area of 3ft wide, 6ft long and 2ft tall and a wooden area of 3ft x 3ft x 2ft and it gives my rabbit plenty of space to run around. but i think that with anything smaller you'd need to take the rabbit or walk or let it roam the house ect.
Two mini lops should not be in a cage together. Every rabbit should have a cage of their own. Rabbits are very territorial. That said one mini lop rabbit should have a cage no smaller than 30"X36".
The size of a rabbit hutch depends on the size of the rabbit, and the size of all the supplies inside the hutch. There is no known average size, because some people have hutch mansions for their rabbits, really huge structures, while other people have the bare minimum size. See the related question below for details -- it applies to hutches as well as cages.
30" X48" minimum

A "rabbit hutch" or simply "a hutch" is a home for rabbits. Examples: We built a rabbit hutch from old lumber and mesh wire. The rabbits settled into their hutch. The door of the hutch came unlatched and the rabbits escaped.
Most likely a rabbit. :)

Oryctolagus cuniculus (rabbit, hutch-rabbit).
A rabbit lives in a hutch.
It is best to go to a pet shop and get a rabbit/animal friendly disinfectant, but you could also use javex, or most other disinfectants but you have to wait until the hutch is COMPLETELY dry until you put the rabbit back in. You can also clean a rabbit hutch with white vinegar. You can sprinkle a bit of baking soda in the places where is still has an unpleasant odor.
Well, we call our rabbit's house outside a 'hutch.'
