Every school has its own standards, based on how much they compete and how well they want to do. For a small school you will probably need a basic knowledge of stunts, be able to to do jumps(pike, toe-touch, and herkie), and have some basic tumbling skills such as a round-off, maybe a back handspring. But it really all depends on the school, maybe your school has really high standards, talk to the coach.
