Pure liquid acetone might do the trick if you rub really hard. It kinda worked for me. I had to rub twice to erase it all the way.
If it is on skin, then baby oil or peanut butter should do the trick. If on clothing, then club soda, or dish soap.
Acetone is a strong solvent that can dissolve the ink in permanent markers. The ink in permanent markers is designed to be resistant to water and fading, but it is not resistant to the powerful solvent properties of acetone. When acetone is applied to a surface with permanent marker, it breaks down the ink and allows it to be wiped away.
They won't remove ink unless it is eraseable ink.
Generally, you cannot get permanent marker off of a shirt; that's why it is called "permanent". However, you can try saturating it with denatured alcohol and blotting it dry; this will remove SOME of the ink. Vinegar is also sometimes a "miracle" cleaning solution.
From my studies i have found out that milk is a solvent for ink ,I therefore, can conclude that milk can be used to remove ink stain.
i believe hand sanitzer does.... it depends on the surface. :)
the special thing about the ink is that the solvents have to keep the ink flowing freely
none
yes it can
sharpy removing spray
No, laser ink is not permanent.
When I was in 8th grade I did a project on what will remove permanent markers ink, like which solvents (I remember using soap, water, vinegar, etc) will do the job. I also compared brands, such as Sharpie and I think Bic.
no
Alcohol works fine anytime I want to remove permanent marker-- poke your finger into a rag and wet with alcohol and begin rubbing the marker ink.
Soap and water, hats all you need. Don't worry ball point ink does come off unless its permanent.
Because the solvent in the hairspray ( the ingredients it is made up of) will dissolve the ink
There are numerous solvents that will remove permanent marker. Nail polish remover and alcohol are common ones. Alcohol is less likely to cause problems with the surface you are cleaning, but you should always test carefully so you don't ruin the item.
