Mostly murder and genocide. As much if not more than Hitler.

Prior to the Russian Revolution in 1917, Stalin organized and committed bank robberies to help finance the Bolshevik Party's activities. These were euphemistically called "expropriations" or "exes"

What  was  the  German-Soviet  Nonaggression pact of 1939?

The Nazi-Soviet Non- Aggression pact was a peace treaty of sorts between two dictators, Hitler and Stalin. There was however a "secret" clause in the Pact. It allowed the USSR to occupy 1/2 of Poland when Germany attacked Poland and occupied the western half of that nation. Each side committed war crimes in Poland. The Nazi ones were clear from the start. The Soviet ones were hidden from the world at large, but not hidden from the Poles. Stalin rounded up over 15,000 or more Polish officers and troops in Eastern Poland and executed them. Only when Gorbachov led the USSR did he release the KGB files proving that Stalin executed innocent people, and thousands of them as well. Stalin also took advantage of the situation to "liquidate" Polish communists that fled to Moscow to gain shelter from the Nazi's. As per Nikita Khrushchev, Stalin now had the "enemy communists" all in one place and executed them too.
