many Pokemon need stones to evolve. some are pichu, pikachu, and raichu. to evolve a pichu or a pikachu, they will need some sort of electric stone. to evolve a gloom (evolved form of oddish), you will need a stone. if you give a gloom a leaf stone, it will evolve into a vileplume. if you give a gloom a sun stone, it will evolve into bellosom. the list goes on, but I'm tired of typing.

Or, You Could Get Some Rare Candies around in Poke Balls and they help your togepi evolve every time by one. Mine was at level 45 and I gave it a rare candy. When it got to level 46 it evolved. But I have a shiny stone I dont know whether to give it to Togetic or Roselia. I wonder which one is better! Thanks BrownSugar321
Togekiss is MUCH better. Especially armed with Aura Sphere, Fly, Extremespeed and Earthquake.

∙ 13y agowell its simple catch it with a luxary ball then give it a soothe bell. BUT KEEP IT AT THE FRONT OF YOUR PARTY. Then give it a massage at veilstone (the house next to the gym on the right). then keep on batteling with it at the front off your party. then do this daily and hopefully it will evolve. to check get the friendship app and check its hearts if it has 2 the your close. keep on giving it massages then it will get really happy and level it up and it will evolve.
ps: mines evolved at level 38
