ive sufferedfrom nose bleeds since i was reaaly young, im 24 now and have realised that mine were caused from the food that i ate, especially eggs, nuts and chicken! i had to cut down quite abit. i don't get them anymore.
Don't blow your nose, it will only make it worse.
Lay down on your back, take a tissue and hold you nose.
Stay in that position for half an hour and the bleeding should stop.
If it doesn't, go to the ER and they will cauterize it.
DO NOT lay down on your back or tilt your head back, this may cause you to drown in your own blood!!
