This will vary greatly based on where you live. Unless you plan to professionally breed hamsters, your best bet would be to approach the owner or manager of a non-corporate, smaller privately owned pet store that sells things that a new hamster owner would need (cages, food, bedding, etc.). If the owner or manager does not seem eager to pay cash for the hamster babies, it is acceptable to suggest a trade for pet supplies (hamster food, bedding). The first time you approach any particular store, do not try to sell more than one litter of babies. If they accept the babies (either for cash or trade), stop by the store periodically afterwards to check how quickly they are able to sell the hamster babies they got from you. If they sell quickly, you will do well to have that information to use in your favor when negotiating the terms of future litters you may want to sell to them.
Shops don't usually buy from one off customers they tend to use a supplier/breeder whet they know the hamsters will be healthy and they'll have a constant supply of the hamsters. I'd suggest you try to rehome you're hamster babies once they're weaned, if you're in the UK posting ads on Gumtree in the 'small furries' category is a good idea. If you live elsewhere I recommend you research online pet rehoming websites where you will penalty get a lot more people seeing the ads. Make sure you trust the owners-to-be and that you're not giving the hamsters away to anyone who will not look after the little guys and give them the care and live they deserve.
