Assuming you cannot use anything on Mars, oxygen, food, water and fuel to go there and back. With current technology it will take 9 months to get there in each direction, so a lot of supply is needed even with recycling.
Oh, just the usual stuff that you'd take for any camping trip; food, water, air, oxygen - stuff like that.
In space itself, there is nothing that we can use that we don't take with us. If we go to the Moon or to another planet, it may be possible to find or make some of that stuff. There is likely to be water that we can harvest in deep craters near the Moon's south pole, and there may be water (in the form of ice) underground. We may be able to extract oxygen from some of the surface minerals.
Basicaly the same supplies you would need to go on a long sea voyage, except you would also need to take oxygen.
If there was already some kind of space station there all you would need is ALOT of food, clothes (mainly jackets), cleansing things, and anything you would want to bring. Have fun at Mars!!
A trip to the moon would require a space suit, space craft, food, water and oxygen.

Outer space is also known as the universe aka a word used in space science.
The led in outer-space will break apart.. In the air and just fall.. But I don't think someone is gonna do an assignment in space anyway.
Scientists are still exploring exactly what can be done in outer space and how we can do it, so mostly the space shuttles and space stations have been used for research about weightlessness, vacuum, and other aspects of being in outer space. Space certainly has some very solid practical applications already, such as communications satellites and global positioning satellites, and one of the functions of space shuttles has been to put satellites in their orbits (although there are also other ways of putting satellites into orbit) and in some cases, to repair satellites that are already in orbit.

That refers to a rocket that goes into outer space - or that is used to drive something into outer space.

A spaceflight is a trip into outerspace that is generally done by astronauts on a spacecraft. Spaceflights are used for reasons such as exploring space, maintening space satellites and space tourism.
