Review Tab
In most word processing programs like Microsoft Word, you can find the spelling and grammar check under the "Review" tab. Look for options like "Spelling & Grammar" or "Spelling & Proofing" within this tab to run the check.
If you have Microsoft Word 2007, click on the Office Button and the "Word Options" all the way at the bottom. Here, click "Proofing" on the side bar. Under "Correcting Spelling and Grammar in Word" check the "Show Readability Statistics" and it your level should pop up after you do a Spelling/Grammar Check!
To display the Word Options dialog box, click on the "File" tab in the top left corner of Microsoft Word, then select "Options" at the bottom of the sidebar. In the Word Options dialog, navigate to the "Proofing" section, where you can control spelling and grammar checking options. Here, you can customize settings such as enabling or disabling certain checks, choosing how errors are flagged, and adjusting auto-correction features.
To disable spell check on Microsoft Word 2007, slick on the Microsoft Office Button. Then, click Proofing. Uncheck the 'Check spelling as you type' check box. You may also want to uncheck the 'Check grammar as you type' check box as well.

To open the Spelling and Grammar dialog box in Microsoft Word, you can press the F7 key on your keyboard. This shortcut directly initiates the spelling and grammar check for the document you are working on. Alternatively, you can also access it through the "Review" tab in the ribbon by clicking on "Spelling & Grammar."
If you are using Microsoft Word to customize your invitations, you can check both spelling and grammar before printing the final invitations. The spelling and grammar tool is located on the tools menu at the top of a word document page.
