Most schools start their day at 9am. Nursery schools can start as early as 7am - depending on demand, as they're designed to take pre-school children while their parents go to work.

You get up early in the morning to go to school because you don't have alot of time in school so they start earlier;)
Later in the morning. Teens at the age of a high school student need more sleep and are not at their best early in the morning like elementary students. Think about it, who is up first on the weekends? The teenager or the elementary kid? Obviously the elementary student who is up at 5:30-6:00 watching cartoons. Its been proven that a teenagers body needs more sleep, so why have them start early in the morning? The later, the better they will do in their studies.
8:25 in the morning
