Rabbits can breed every month of the year and most of the time slow down in the winter months and sometimes stop in those months completely, but start breeding again in the springtime.

They become able to reproduce at about 12-13 weeks, although this is very dangerous and does she not get pregnant until they are atleast 6 months old.

Rabbits need to be at least 6 - 9 months before they start reproducing. The breed of the rabbit varies for which age they can start, but 6- 9 months is usually the average.
The reproduction age on rabbits varies slightly from breed to breed. Generally speaking though, rabbits can reproduce at about 6 months of age. Ideally they should be at a full grown rate when you breed them.
