Hi, I have the same problem with my '94. There is either a crack in the plastic somewhere, the seal around the lens has opened somewhere or when a bulb was being replaced, moisture had gotten in somehow.. If a seal has opened somewhere applying RTV all around the edge and then taking a hair dryer and drying the interior can cure it, a crack can truly only be resolved by replacing the headlight assy, they're pretty reasonable on EBay, also make sure the seal around the bulb is good unless the crack is there.. I can't get rid of he moisture so I'm buying all of the lamp assys and I'll do it when it warms up here in the NE or have it done, but I have moisture in all of mine and I need to replace all of them.
