You can have fun no matter what time of the year! Have a 13 going on 30 party, lots of razzles adn fun colors! A Bowling party or camp outside in your backyard. If it is snowing go outside with your friends! Relax! Have a celebrity party where everyone dressed like their favorite celb, you can have a red carpet and everything. Or go to a nice restaurant. Have a color theme like blue where everything is that color. Dont worry you will find something! Happy Birthday!!
