Depends on how much your child drank. Nyquil doesn't taste all that good (it's intended to be difficult to drink in large quantity) and it's tricky for a 2 year old to manipulate the bottle, so the likely dosage they'd encounter should be harmless (a teaspoon or two for instance).

Nyquil is not particularly toxic, so don't worry too much.

Note that if the child becomes unconscious, displays any problems with breathing, &c. that's always worthy of a 911 call.
