No the Move only works on games that has been designed for the Move and a Few others that have been changed to allow the Move to work like MAG has been. Those games that have been changed will have to have the updates before the Move will work on them.

No you can't. You have to work to unlock them. There is one cheat found in the bottom right corner of the newspapers which gives you a suit which allows you to cheat in poker games.

I used the cheat to turn into Jack and equipped the trench coat outfit... can't remember what one that was called... and then activated the Lewis and Clark cheat and it worked! Bridges built and all. I have to try again tonight to confirm that, but I am pretty positive that's how you get it to work :)
