If you can't get your bearded dragon to poop (a problem I have encountered) try making them drink more water, as they are likely constipated due to dehydration. If that doesn't work, try giving them a more balanced diet (it should consist of insects and vegetables.) If you already use these, try switching around which vegetables and which insects, and how much you give them of each. If still your bearded dragon doesn't poop, give them a bath in warm bath in water with no soap. If you still can't get them to poop, make sure you have both UVA and UVB lights, and that they are providing the necessary heating. Also make sure you aren't using sand as the substrate, because your bearded dragon could be impacted. If so, you should immediately call the vet, as it could otherwise die. If your bearded dragon doesn't poop after all of this, your veterinarian can prescribe some kind of laxative (probably lactulose) to ease the digestive system of the lizard. If it still doesn't poop, the vet will know what to do from there (if you are willing to spend the money on an operation, because it is expensive, although I recommend spending it because the lizard is a living thing that deserves to live out its whole life). Obviously, your bearded dragon doesn't have all of these problems, but I listed every likely scenario I could think of.

The most obvious first question is, is the dragon eating? No food means no poop. If your dragon is eating, it's unlikely that it has a serious issue, and things will all come out in the end. If it is not eating, take it to an experienced reptile veterinarian, promptly. Intestinal impactions and blockages may require surgery. Constipation due to dehydration can be treated by administering fluids, but dragons should not become dehydrated if they are eating properly and are housed properly.

Please research the needs of any pet before you bring it home, and never take advice from pet store personnel.

By ingesting something that blocks them up. Usually it's the substrate (flooring) people use for their pets that they shouldn't.

Do bearded dragons get stomach aches?

Yes bearded dragons can get stomach aches due to: Eating meal worms, meal worms have hard exoskeletons with very little meat and can make your bearded dragon constipated, Over feeding, or interacting with your bearded dragon less than 2 hrs after he/she has eaten, you have to allow your pet to bask for at least 2 hrs which allows them to properly digest their meal (also not to get pooped on ;)
