They shouldn't have runny eyes. It means it's fur is getting caught up into its eyes & needs to get a trim around its eyes from its groomer. After that, your shih tzu shouldn't have runny eyes.

∙ 11y agoIf I were you, I would just dip cotton wool in warm water and rub it on the dogs eyes to get the fluid off. Keep doing that and the eyes will get better :)
