Well, it's way to cold to wear just a T shirt so I'd wear a light jacket or sweater if I were you. Also, the wind can make it even cooler outside so I'd wear jeans or pants too. I don't recommend flip flops or sandals either. Running shoes or even light fall boots will keep your feet toasty warm. Hope I helped. :)
