fossil record
It is hard to determine exactly how many animal species are extinct because some species become extinct before scientists even know they existed. As far as science can tell, there are over 900 extinct species.
We humans are not extinct. Yet.
Most of what scientists know about extinct species is based on the study of bones and fossils. Scientists have studied many dinosaur bones to determine what they ate and how they lived. Fossils tell what the land was like at a given time in history.
b. all living and extinct species.
The way that scientists conclude that a species is extinct, is that when no one is able to observe any more living members of that species, we arrive at the reasonable conclusion that there are none left.
The species "native horse" did go extinct and that is what scientists are talking about. The "equus ferus'' species is still alive though.
It impacts it because they mostly take so much that the species may turn extinct.
It is hard to calculate the number of animals that have become extinct since 1681 since some species went extinct before scientists knew they existed. What is known is that more than 90 species of birds and hundreds of species of mammals have gone extinct since then.
scientists are trying to save the endangered species , by just making the people aware of the animals. scientists can save the endangered animals only if they come to know that how to make an animal from it's DNA. if this happens only if it can,,, the extinct species like the dodo can become alive again.
It is hard for scientists to determine how many dinosaurs roamed the Earth during their time. Some say there were more than 10,000 species including birds before the dinosaurs became extinct.
The big bang
This is a very opinionated question, different people feel different ways. Personally i am not a fan of different species going extinct as of yet, but at the end of the day everything will go extinct according to our scientists.
