What did blackfoot first nations use for transport?

Since the Blackfoot weren't coastal people, they didn't use
canoes. They usually built rafts when they traveled by river. The
Blackfeet used dogs pulling travois, a kind of dog sled, before
colonists brought horses over from Europe. The Blackfoot culture
quickly adapted to horses and became more migratory when horses
were introduced.
