The ancient Egyptians displayed their considerable grasp of geometry in a number of ways. What is arguably the most obvious is the way geometry was used in the construction of the pyramids and other buildings and monuments. Certainly they laid out their cities using geometric principles. It was Ahmes (actually Ahmose), who left us with a fine approximation of the value of pi from that time. There are other examples, but none with the drama and "recognition value" of the geometric applications in religious architecture and construction first cited. Wikipedia has a bit more posted, and a link to their article can be found below. In other words they used geometry by building pyramids.
The construction of the monumental tombs required extensive planning, measurement, and organization. Tools had to be developed for quarrying and moving the stone blocks, which had to be assembled in careful order and precise locations. Logistics also meant feeding, clothing, and housing the thousands of laborers required to build each of the structures. The Egyptian advances in astronomy and geometry were put to good use.

People use construction tools to construct and build things.
Depends on who you are. You might need to use geometry if your a construction worker or a math teacher(obviously).

Construction workers use many different tools such as saws, screwdrivers, and drills. They may also use heavy machinery, like jackhammers and cranes.
You use the tools carefully and do not rush.

A geometrical construction
In the past , before the invention of electricity all construction was done with hand tools. Houses, barns, schools and stores were all built without the use of heavy construction tools that are used in modern times.
There are many types of wood tools that construction workers use. Some of them are a chisel, a sliding bevel, a block plane, a clamp, a feather board and a saw horse.
