Peter lived in Bethsaida:-

Joh 1:44 Now Philip was of Bethsaida, the city of Andrew and Peter.

This is located on the very top shore of the Lake of Galilee, and is in the area originally allocated to the tribe of Naphtali. However, this does not necessarily mean Peter came from that tribe, as their boundaries became less fixed and more fluid as time passed: for example, the tribe of Dan moved from the south near Jerusalem to the north above Galilee, while after Solomon died there was a wholesale exodus of God-fearing members of all tribes from the idolatrous northern House of Israel to the southern House of Judah, together with a similar movement of the idol-loving to the northern House of Israel. Although this meant there was a thorough intermingling of the 12 tribes, they still knew what tribe they were in. When James wrote his epistle he addressed it to the 'twelve tribes scattered abroad' :-

Jam 1:1 James, a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, to the twelve tribes which are scattered abroad, greeting.

However, when the Temple was destroyed in 70AD so were all the records and genealogies. This means Peter could have belonged to any tribe at all: we just don't know.
