Jousting
One of the games Indians tribes played was called Baggataway. It was a lacrosse style game that was played with many other tribes. It was sometimes used to settle disputes and often had hundreds of participants.
There is no way to ever really know, but guessing games and games of chance are popular with primitive tribes, so they were probably among the first games invented. One game is to hold something in one hand and have the other person guess things about it (which hand is it in, what is it, what color is it, etc). Another game is to throw dice-like objects (most primitive tribes use small bones) and bet on which way they are going to fall.
Horseshoes (or hand grenades- close counts for both)

Nobody is quite sure when the game of Lacrosse was first played. The game dates back to the Indian times, with the Ojibwa, Mohawk, Iroquois, and Choctaw tribes. The game was played in fields, with no boundaries and no padding of any kind. In the game, the only rules were you couldn't use your hands. Women were not allowed to play lacrosse, as the game often got very physical. Goals were spread anywhere from a half a mile, to several miles apart. There could be anywhere from 50 to 1000 people playing at a time.
One of the sports that Creek Indians played was Lacrosse. The Creek Indians played with two sticks, one in each hand. Some other tribes played with only one stick.

I think you have your games confused. Blackjack is played against a dealer, whoever gets the closest to 21 without going over wins if their hand is better than the dealers hand. The value of the last card played has no special meaning. Perhaps you are thinking of the game of Crazy Eights.
