Any two different colours mixed make a different colour, of course the changes can be extremely minor relative to the amount of colour you start with and the amount of colour you add, the difference between the colours is also a factor, for example if you have 10Litres of Light Blue paint and you added 100ml of Sky Blue paint (I do believe there is a slight difference) then the change in the colour would be extremely minute. Of course, i could have just said a few basic combinations but hey... that's life :P
