Some do pre school or playschool/montasory
at about 4 or 5 they start primary school
at about 13 they start secondary school
at about 17 they leave secondary school and either go to further education, college or university or go into the workforce.
at university most hon degrees are 3 years, longer for architecture and medicine ect 5years+
secondary school prepares them for university or not, with different schools doing more academic subjects, and others doing more apprenticeship style subjects such as metalwork and construction studies, most schools have a mix of both, but are more dominant in one area or the other.
