CeCe wears funky, sometimes glittery combat boots and fun, stylish, fresh sneaker-boots. So does Rocky. Rocky and CeCe both semi share their same shoe style, because basically they always wear just boots and sneakers, which adds a sporty and fashionable kick to their outfits.
