Im sure this differs form military to military but in the American Marine Corps the answer is no except in very specific circumstances. For example if an American Marine was awarded a symbolic or medal type flower by a foreign head of state at a special dinner or something like that they would then wear it for the rest of the event or evening so as not to insult the other country but then they would not wear it after that.
