They wear regular cloths like we do but in the rural areas there are women who wear headscarf. That's the only difference. Turkish people are wearing the same thing just like everyone around the world: jeans, dresses etc.
Anything they want, depending on their religion. Having been there, I can tell you that only the very religious wear burkas and such. Most of the younger people aren't as strict and wear most American/European clothes.
