∙ 11y agoDespite the "Dr." in front of his name, Seuss did not get his Ph.D. He was pursuing his Doctor of Philosophy in English literature at Lincoln College, Oxford, but he never finished his schooling.
Dr. Seuss attended Dartmouth College in New Hampshire. He then went on to study at Lincoln College, Oxford, in England.
