Well, he was supposed to have won 51 fights. The sources for this are questionable, since a man had only to win 5 fights before he were freed from his gladiatorial obligations. However he could have contracted as a free lance gladiator with his old school. But another factor is his name. Most gladiators or chariot drivers took on a "stage name". The name Pulbius Ostorius is the name of a real person who was a general in Britain. So, unless more solid proof surfaces, the 51 victories should be delegated to the "maybe, maybe not" file.
