:D good question. As an extreme fan of steven tyler I try to fill my self with all sorts of facts about his career and life. He mainly was as high as a kite when he made this song but in one interview he said that he made this song as a homage to all the rock legends that he worshiped as a child, mainly saying that he wanted to be like them and that was his dream ever since then Aerosmith and Steven Tyler's career has gone skyward!
