what kind of response? financial? morale? in the news? in the reality? I know there's still a lot of people at this very moment working there to build houses and to teach the survivors new skills that will be useful for their future. The tsunami opens up the isolated province to the rest of the world and ended the prolonged rebellious group there. But with the dollar poured in like "tsunami" in that region, from what I heard some of the people began to take advantage of their misfortune, in negative way.
