Most people think the traditional Egyptian Pantheon; that is Ra, Isis, Thoth, etc. However, Khufu's pyramids weren't like the others before or since, so all manner of people believe Khufu was in touch with (worshiped) whatever semimythical force they believe was active on earth at the time: the starseeders, the prima, the Jafaa, time travelling humans...

To my knowledge King Khufu of Egypt was not so much a god as just an Pharaoh. The pyramid of Giza was made in his name.
