The ancient Library of Pergamum is regarded as the second best in ancient Greek civilisation. Following a shortage of papyrus, the Pergamenes invented a new substance to use for parchment in codices called 'pergaminus' / 'pergamena' after the city and made of fine calf skin (like vellum). The library at Pergamom was believed to contain 200,000 volumes, which Mark Antony later gave to Cleopatra as a wedding present.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pergamon

" In my opinion, the first "real library" was the one at Nineveh, which was deliberately added to and maintained as a repository of knowledge in various subjects. Other famous libraries of the ancient world were those at Alexandria and Pergamum.

"Satin" is a fabric, so let's assume you mean the devil or satan... Pergamum or Pergamon no longer exists. It was an ancient Greek city that would have been near the modern city of Bergama in Turkey. Satan doesn't "live" anywhere and that would include the ancient Pergamum.
