Helen Keller's farm was named Arcan Ridge. It was located in Connecticut and served as her primary residence for much of her adult life. Helen Keller was passionate about nature and spent a lot of time working on the farm.

The farm buildings still exist in Slovkovice, and is occupied by a Pohanka, it is several hundred years old. I visited this place in the Spring 2010, and I am one of the Pohankas.
