1 . We need more national resources since Newfoundland is lacking from rich soil but we do have some armies called the Newfoundland Ranger Force that will help protect us but it is little so we still need more people to support our island.
Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Quebec didn't actually need Confederation, because they were already doing pretty well. It was Ontario that needed Confederation because they would get money from Nova Scotia and the railway would be built which helped them(Dubious)
